Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment is successfully received. Because our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printify, processing times may vary depending on the product and supplier. Most orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and the carrier handling the shipment. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout where available, but these are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s delivery address, the selected shipping method, and the products ordered.
Fulfillment and Delivery
Our products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party print providers through Printify. As a result, products in the same order may sometimes be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages or on different dates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipment, we may not be able to make changes.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in working with the shipping provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or other resolution.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
